Cast Metal Technology
In this area LARMAX International works with consultants, engineers and contractors entirely dedicated to the Cast Metal Industry who offer foundry technology from concept to realization. GEMCO Cast Metal Technology assists with analysis, feasibility studies, concept engineering, foundry planning and foundry realization. Extensive know-how of Grey Iron and Steel to Aluminium and Magnesium, from Greensand processes up to Lost Foam and HPDC. GEMCO is unique in its way of providing extensive know-how of the wide variety of applied processes such as Greensand Moulding, No Bake Moulding, Die Casting, Precision Sand Casting and the Lost Foam Process. Other areas covered include machining of castings, melting, sand preparation, logistics and automation.

Maintenance Facilities
For the design, engineering and installation of both large and small maintenance and repair facilities for (greenfield) industrial and infrastructural projects for a wide range of customers in amongst others the oil and gas industry, power sector, valve maintenance and repair, LARMAX International works with GEMCO International. The company specializes in design, engineering and turnkey supply, installation and commissioning of maintenance workshops, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and automotive maintenance and repair equipment.

Laboratory Facilities
Laboratory design, engineering and supply-services for new or revamp projects. Together with our technology partner M & I-Labtech we work in close cooperation with our clients to carefully analyze the specific needs and requirements. Services include conceptual and detailed design engineering of laboratory lay-out and utilities with specification development and single source supply of analytical equipment, furniture, general laboratory equipment and supplies. Basic and detailed engineering will be carried out in compliance with specifications.

Educational Facilities
In close cooperation with GEMCO International, we can arrange for state-of-the-art equipment and turnkey realization for education and training facilities that include Design & Engineering, Equipment Supply, and Organizational & Operational assistance. Services range from analysis of education and training needs, specification of required equipment, instruments, tools and staff, through independent and competitive procurement, on-site supervision of installation and commissioning up to design and implementation of curriculum, training organization and management, including design and implementation of maintenance systems, schedules and procedures.

Mobile Applications
Development, design and production of special vehicles for dedicated tasks such as firefighting, maintenance and research, personnel care, communication, rescue and medical. All mobile applications serve different purposes and fulfill different tasks, but share the same critical requirements of functionality, safety, flexibility and mobility. We emphasize on development and integration of innovations, re-design of products and realization of client specific solutions. GEMCO Mobile Systems produces in-house series of special vehicles for a number of oil and gas companies, fire departments, telecom companies, service institutes and trade companies in and outside Europe.

Valve Testing and Repair Equipment
Since the mid eighties, safety, environment and reliability start to be increasingly crucial aspects in efficient production. The roots of our technology partner Ventil Test Equipment are planted in that period when the founders of the company noticed the need for accurate and reliable valve testing equipment which nowadays successfully in operation all over the world. We believe that (valve) test requirements differ from client to client; therefore standard machines are adapted to meet specific requirements. Full in-house engineering expertise available including the unique combination of mechanical, instrumentation, hydraulic, IT (software) and electrical specialised engineers help creating world-class valve maintenance solutions.

Valves of varying sizes and types are strategic components in plants handling liquids and gases. Changing a damaged valve is a complex and laborious process incurring production losses resulting in substantial costs and forcing companies to tie up significant amounts of capital in spare parts to reduce downtime. Our technology partner LarsLap has invested considerable resources in solving these problems. The result is a unique valve grinding solution for grinding valves in situ. As a scheduled part of preventive maintenance work, this is a low-cost solution which produces considerable financial benefits in the form of reduced downtime. Efficient, easy-to-handle equipment that will grind the valve seat and quickly restore it to ‘as new’ condition.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Plants
LARMAX International has established a close form of cooperation with CIC Holland for the design, engineering and construction of new hot dip galvanizing plants or the modernization of existing galvanizing installations. Thanks to a constant attention for realization of high class projects applying the most modern technologies such as for example a new cleaning technology, a world wide reputation has been gained. This technology mentioned, which produces no waste and does not harm the environment, is generally recognized to be the most effective measure for reduction of chemicals and zinc consumption and thus reduction of operational costs.

LPG Cylinder Production and Filling Plants
In close cooperation with technology partner SIRAGA, LARMAX International realizes LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) cylinder bottling, manufacturing and repairing plants. Services provided range from conceptual engineering, via detailed engineering up to and including realization of turn-key industrial projects for butane and propane. Millions of consumers every day use LPG cylinders. The specific expertise built up in this field leads to technological solutions that increase the productivity and safety of plants and reduces dangerous, onerous and non-value adding tasks.
